Retatrutide

Retatrutide is a modern research peptide combining three signalling directions: GLP-1, GIP and glucagon. It is commonly selected for projects examining appetite, energy balance, glucose regulation and the differences between single, dual and triple agonists.

The material is available in 10 mg and 20 mg vials with analytical documentation for each batch. Retatrutide remains an investigational compound and is not an approved medicinal product.

Form: lyophilised powder, white to off-white, in a glass vial with a butyl rubber stopper and an aluminium seal. Available variants: a 10 mg vial and a 20 mg vial of peptide, selected at the point of order. Purity: not less than 99 % by HPLC, identity confirmed by mass spectrometry.

Vials are sealed under reduced pressure, and the lyophilisate may present as a compact disc or as a loose powder – both forms are normal and indicate no difference in quality. The batch number on the label matches the certificate of analysis. Ships from Poland.

Keep the sealed vial at −20 °C, in a dry place shielded from light. Wait for the vial to reach room temperature before opening; opening a cold vial condenses moisture onto the lyophilisate and accelerates its degradation.

Laboratory reconstitution uses bacteriostatic water, added slowly down the inner wall of the vial. Dissolve by gentle swirling, never by shaking. Keep the resulting solution at 2–8 °C, shielded from light, and use it within a short period; for longer storage split it into aliquots and freeze them, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
