This four-component blend is designed for broad projects exploring recovery and tissue balance. It combines research areas associated with repair and mobility, skin and collagen condition, the extracellular matrix and inflammatory response.
The vial contains 10 mg of BPC-157, 50 mg of GHK-Cu, 10 mg of TB-500 and 10 mg of KPV. All components share one lyophilised cake at a fixed ratio, simplifying multi-component projects and removing the need to prepare four separate vials. For research use only.
Vial composition: BPC-157 at 10 mg, synthetic pentadecapeptide; GHK-Cu at 50 mg, copper tripeptide Gly-His-Lys; TB-500 at 10 mg, synthetic thymosin beta-4 fragment; KPV at 10 mg, tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val. Purity of each component: not less than 98% by HPLC. Total lyophilisate mass: 80 mg.
Form: a shared cake in a type I glass vial with a chlorobutyl rubber stopper and an aluminium seal. Appearance: a cake tinted blue by the copper complex. The certificate of analysis covers all four components separately, with HPLC and mass spectrometry results. Solvent is not included.
Unopened vials are stored at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture, and brought to room temperature before opening. Solvent volume is chosen against the total mass of 80 mg; the concentration of each peptide follows from the 1:5:1:1 ratio.
Bacteriostatic or sterile water is added slowly down the inner wall of the vial without shaking, and the vial is swirled until a clear blue solution is obtained. Because of the copper complex the solution is kept at 2-8 °C and protected from light; a change of colour or the formation of a precipitate disqualifies the material. For longer holding the solution is divided into aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and the usable life is established by the laboratory own stability protocol.
